Why you got a text

You called a business and they couldn't pick up. Orvae Solutions runs the text-back service that business uses, so the text came from their number through us. It asks whether you'd like to keep talking by text instead of waiting for a call back.

What you're agreeing to

Replying to that text is your consent to exchange text messages with the business about your inquiry. If you don't reply, you won't hear from us again — one text per missed call is the limit, and the business will reach you by phone instead.

Message frequency varies and depends on how much you and the business have to say to each other. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Stopping the messages

Reply STOP at any time and the messages end immediately — no reply needed from you first, and no reason required. Reply HELP for help. Carriers do not charge for either keyword. After STOP, the business can still reach you by phone, and they will not be able to text you again unless you text START.

Who sees your messages

The business you called sees them, and so do we — the messages pass through our system to get there, and we keep a record of them so the business has a history of the conversation. Your phone number is not shared with or sold to anyone else, and mobile opt-in information is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
