Orvae Solutions ("we," "us") builds websites and automation systems for trades and service businesses in the St. Louis, MO area. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address (optional), and anything you write in the message field. We also log basic technical information (such as IP address) to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your contact information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Calls and text messages
By submitting the contact form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or SMS text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and delivered to us by email (via Resend). These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Your choices
Want your information corrected or deleted? Email us or reply to any message we've sent you and we'll take care of it promptly.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
